A current fishing license Hats, sunglasses, bandannas, sunscreen and other such solar protection A small knapsack or backpack to hold gear Two coolers; one for beverages, one for fish Lots of liquids (water, soda, sports drink) (Alcoholic beverages permitted) Fingernail clippers, on a string around your neck The strongest bug repellent you can tolerate A plastic bag for trash
